My Approach
I am a Neuro-informed EMDR therapist. My work focuses on the relationship between stress, the immune system, and the nervous system. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on a range of psychological approaches.
I offer EMDR trauma-focused therapy and EMDR Supervision. My training includes Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Everything I do is grounded in evidence-based practice, published research, and NICE clinical guidelines.
My specialist interests lie in trauma, dissociation, and personality disorders, and I have particular experience in supporting people with:
– PTSD and Complex PTSD
– Dissociative Disorders
– Auto-immune and Auto-inflammatory conditions
It’s important to find a therapist that’s a good fit. Let’s chat!
I currently offer face-to-face therapy in Gosforth, and online therapy, which means you can access support wherever you are.
